I am Tired, Pissed, Numb and Saddened

I am tired of being silent.

I am tired of pleasing people.

I am pissed that a person cannot survive a traffic stop.

I am pissed that those responsible get away with 'it was a mistake'

I am numb to the news of ANOTHER school shooting.

I am numb to the idea that it will be harder to vote than it is to get a gun from the store.

I am saddened for my African American/ BIPOC siblings.

I am saddened for my AAPI siblings.

I am saddened for my LGBTQIA+ siblings.

I am saddened for my siblings with mental health issues.

Because these people are my siblings through Christ.

We are God's one big family!
